For Our Clients

What services can you offer?

As experienced recruiters in the nursing sector we take the care to advertise, source, interview and vet potential candidates in a way that reflects the culture and requirements of your organisation.

With a network that spans the UK and a database of potential employees on hand we are able to respond as swiftly as possible to any requirements that you may have.

It’s hard to obtain nurses in the current market, how do you do this?

In addition to using the best technological advances in the industry, we also maintain contact with potential candidates, whether employed or currently seeking a role and this enables us to act quicky on your behalf.

We add value to your potential employees by holding events that can be used for NMC CPD with our learning partners Polkadot Consultants Ltd.

To us, maintaining contact, that human touch, is paramount to our and your ongoing success.

This is why so many of our candidates have returned to us when seeking a new role

What do you charge?

Our standard fee is 20% for a one off recruitment activity. However, if you are looking for a more permanent relationship then we offer highly preferential rates on that basis.

Contact us via this site or on 0161 694 9643 to discuss your requirments more fully.

What refund policy do you have?

Our refund policy is based on the needs of each individual client and the nature of your relationship with us. Please contact us for further details on this.

Will I have a single point of contact?

Yes. We assign our people individually to look after and advise our clients. The individual touch is important to us and better relationships are built as a result of it.

What makes you different from all the other recruiters?

Technically, probably very little, most recruiters carry out the same tasks to achieve the same aims.

Our difference can be seen in how we treat or people, the respect we have for their development and well-being, work/life balance and learning potential.

We believe that looking after the employee is the single most important factor to ensuring you receive the service you deserve and rightly demand. That is why we have a partnership with Polkadot Consultants Ltd, who not only enhance learning for our organisation but also provide bespoke sessions for our clients.

This directly benefits you, employees with a passion for the role, treated well and who are constantly learning are the hallmark of 21st Century working. We cultivate smart, professional people who in turn will make smart decisions for you and your organisation.

“We aren’t interested in the hard sell. We are about placing the right people, in the right places for the right reasons.”
