What do you charge?
Our standard fee is 20% for a one off recruitment activity. However, if you are looking for a more permanent relationship then we offer highly preferential rates on that basis.

What refund policy do you have?

Will I have a single point of contact?
Yes. We assign our people individually to look after and advise our clients. The individual touch is important to us and better relationships are built as a result of it.

What if I am not happy with my role?
Firstly, don’t panic, we will be with you each step of the way while you settle in and in our experience 99% of the issues that arise are easily solved.
In the event that you are so unhappy you wish to leave we will endeavour to find you a new role as soon as we can.
Bear in mind, this is rare.
I can’t make the interview, start date etc.?
In the event that something happens preventing you from attending any interviews or similar events then please call your contact at Selection Recruitment Ltd as soon as possible.
We find that potential employees are always understanding provided we keep communicating with them.

Our learning partner, Polkadot Consultants Ltd runs learning events for nurses, care workers and leaders in the industry. Please contact them or us for further details of events near you.
What ID do I need?
Anyone hoping to work in the UK must provide a passport and National Insurance number as well as proof of address.
